Accreditation Actions

April 2021 Accreditation Action: Accept the Progress Report.

Rationale: The program is compliant with all Standards.
Accreditation Award: Continuing Accreditation

September 2020 Accreditation Action: Grant seven years of Continuing Accreditation with a Progress Report. The program remains non-compliant with the following Standards:
The following Standards are Partially Met:
Standard 4. Program Goals. Student and Graduates Goal: The results reported do not align with the Target Outcome. This goal also requires a Target Outcome for Students.
Communities of Practice Outreach Goal: The Target Outcome and Steps to Achieve are identical.

Advisory Committee Goal: The results reported do not align with the Target Outcome. The Target Outcome submitted is two Target Outcomes written as one Target Outcome.
Standard 7. Students and Graduates Goal. Based on the updated Program Evaluation Plan, the Student and Graduates Goal remains deficient. The results reported do not align with the Target Outcome. This goal also requires a Target Outcome for Students.
Standard 8. Communities of Interest Goal. The Target Outcome is not measurable. “when requested” may be challenging to measure and track.  The program must consider how to uphold this Standard Goal if there are no requests.
Standard 9. Advisory Community Requirement Goal. The Advisory Committee Target Outcome is unclear. The results reported for this Target Outcome do not align with the actual Target Outcome. The results reported did not include an assessment of the advisory board reviewing the curriculum or the advisory board recommending PPE sites, as indicated in the Target Outcome reported.
Standard 24. The Curriculum. The following Competencies remain Partially Met:
I.A.4 – Partially Met. The taxonomy of the activity provided is a level 2 (describe) instead of the required taxonomy of level 5.
I.C.1 – Partially Met. The taxonomy for this activity provided is a level 2 instead of the required taxonomy of level 3.
